Staff
 | Our
ProcessWe provide in-house training sessions on a regular basis, which
are lead by Kibart’s partners or senior level engineers. These classes keep
the technical staff up to date on the latest industry trends, technology, codes,
and solutions to difficult design challenges. Each week, the company holds
a project manager’s staff meeting to discuss each and every project in detail.
Schedules, as well as design issues for each project are discussed in order to
keep all project managers informed and involved with the Company’s activities.
Following the project manager’s meeting, each project manager then meets
with his or her support staff team members to discuss the important issues and
tasks for the next week. | Nadine Hawkins
Associate | Getting the Right FitAs
part of our commitment to quality, Kibart has implemented a hiring practice and
organizational structure, whereby we only hire highly motivated, intelligent,
and ethical people. We then place those people in positions to succeed; i.e.,
we match their talents and attributes to their daily responsibilities. Consequently,
we can then build effective teams who can creatively collaborate to solve the
most challenging problems. | | |
