principals of the firm, Ed Abbott, David Fuller, Farshad Kassiri, and Mike Ford,
directly provide engineering services on each of the firm's projects. All four
principals are actively involved in the daily operation of the business.

Edwin Abbott, Jr., P.E., CCP PresidentEd, a Johns
Hopkins University graduate, first joined Kibart in 1990, as Chief Mechanical
Engineer. In 1992, was promoted to Vice President and ultimately became President
of Kibart, Inc. Mr. Abbott's responsibilities include management of the
firm, lead mechanical engineer, and personal involvement in all of Kibart's projects.
His close working relationship with Kibart’s technical staff ensures that
the firm’s core values and principles continue to be reflected in the daily
activities and achievements of the organization. He is licensed to practice engineering
in the states of Maryland, Delaware, Georgia, Michigan, New Jersey, Virginia,
West Virginia, Kentucky, Minnesota, and the District of Columbia. Professional

J. Fuller, P.E. Vice President Dave, a 1987 graduate of Loyola
College in Maryland, joined Kibart in 1992 as an Electrical Project Manager.
He was named Chief Electrical Engineer in 1994, and Vice President in 2001. Mr.
Fuller's responsibilities include project designs and planning for all projects,
including security and communication systems, as well as management of the entire
electrical staff. Mr. Fuller is licensed to practice engineering in the
states of Maryland, Georgia, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. Professional affiliations:

Kassiri, P.E. Vice PresidentFarshad, a 1983 graduate of the
University of Colorado, joined
Kibart in 1989 as a Mechanical Project Manager, and is currently a Vice President
responsible for various new building construction and renovation projects. Mr.
Kassiri is currently responsible for leadership and guidance in design of numerous
retirement community projects such as Riderwood Village in Prince George's County,
MD, Greenspring Village, Springfield, VA, and Ann's Choice in Warminster, PA.
Farshad provides the supervision central to support our Project Managers and the
in-house systems we implement to achieve our high standards for quality and project

Michael Ford Vice PresidentMike joined Kibart in 1992 after
twenty years of having worked in the construction field and owning his own contracting
company. Mr. Ford is the Principal-in-Charge of all cost estimating and construction
administration of Kibart projects. Mike stays in tune with varying construction
costs and business cycles ensuring accurate cost estimating. Mr. Ford's expertise
in construction administration offers a unique level of comfort to clients. Mike
is a registered Baltimore County Journeyman Plumber with professional affiliations
