Vol. 1 No. 9: August 2007 (PDF)
During the spring of 2007, Kibart made several very important trips to the shore. The first
trip, held in April, was for a corporate master planning retreat attended by the four partners
and led by Mr. Charles Marshall of Chesapeake Corporate Advisors. The purpose of the
retreat was to take the time necessary to focus on Kibart as a firm, recognize strengths and
weaknesses, develop a five year master plan, and establish measured goals to implement
the plan. |
