Jamal: AssociateMohamad has been with Kibart since 2005. Mohamad is a
registered Mechanical Professional Engineer, is a graduate of Drexel University,
and has been a lead engineer on two of Kibart’s higher profile projects
in the last few years. Those include the Holabird Middle School systemic renovation
and the Johns Hopkins Traylor Building HVAC upgrades. Mohamad received his MBA
from Loyola College in 2003 and is a member of ASHRAE and the National Council
of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors. Prior to joining Kibart, Mohamad worked
as Marketing and Development Manager in Saudi Arabia for an international HVAC
manufacturing corporation. “There is a great culture here at Kibart

 | Abbas Lohrasbi:
AssociateAbbas, is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University, has
over 25 years experience in the HVAC industry, and has been with Kibart for three
years. At Kibart, Abbas has actively provided engineering on numerous projects
including the new 192 Bed Housing Facility at Maryland Correctional Training Center,
the new 48 Bed Treatment Facility on the campus of Clifton T. Perkins Hospital,
and the University of Maryland Baltimore Bressler Research Facility Condenser
Water System Replacement. To his credit, Abbas was the Mechanical Project Manager
for design of the Camden Yards baseball stadium, as well as renovation of the
Social Security Complex in Woodlawn. “The team work at Kibart
