Time for Kibart to Step Up, Stand Out, and ShineWith the economy slowing
all around the globe, we must ask ourselves the following question: What should
Kibart do to remain strong in a slow economy? There are many answers to this question,
but the most important answer is that we must keep all of our existing clients
satisfied with the services that we offer. This, of course, is a simple concept
but requires hard work, especially in difficult times. We must stay true to our
core values and keep doing what our clients expect: - Build trust .
Be there when they need us.
- Respond to phone calls and questions, emails,
etc. in a timely manner and be impressive with the quality of our answers.
- Be
creative in our design solutions. Don’t just do things how they have always
been done before.
- Be a team player. Put ourselves in the other person’s
shoes.
- Go above and beyond the call of duty.
- Be smart with our
design concepts. Don’t over design. Don’t under design. Provide a
design solution that works best for the client and the project.
- Provide
a quality project that requires little or no extra work for the Architect, the
Owner and the Contractor. Take the extra time required to do it right the first
time.
- Provide good communication. Don't just shoot back a quick answer,
think it through, make sense, be thorough, and explain ourselves in a way that
someone from the outside can understand.
- Be flexible and LISTEN to what
the client wants and needs.
- Build a trusting relationship that will last
through good and bad times.
- Keep our promises.
- Consider all challenges
as an opportunity to shine.
- Be prepared; no surprises.
- Stay current
or ahead of technology, and
- HAVE FUN!
We can build impressive
marketing campaigns, knock on dozens of doors, attend networking events, and do
all the things that everyone else is doing. But all of those efforts will achieve
minimal desired results, unless we provide the quality services that our clients
demand and deserve. In good times and bad times, we must stay true to our core
values. The word about Kibart will spread, and we will be blessed with the privileged
opportunity to serve. Your President |
