Cockeysville Public LibraryBaltimore County, Maryland Kibart’s
role in this project included an HVAC system study, evaluation and design for
the upgrade/replacement of the existing twenty year old HVAC system which had
become problematic at this Baltimore County facility. After performing the
HVAC system analysis and evaluation, Kibart determined that the existing multi-zone
roof top air conditioning unit was antiquated and undersized by 50%. A multi-phased
design approach was undertaken to systematically replace each zone of the multi-zone
unit with single zone roof-top units while maintaining continuous operation of
Baltimore County’s busiest Library. Design Features:
