Charles Hall is a 70,000 SF, six story higher education facility on the University of Baltimore Campus which consists of:

Kibart provided an initial assessment, study, report and complete design of construction documents for upgrades to HVAC, electrical, heating and chilled water, control systems, CATV, voice/data, fire alarm and ADA compliance.
