Riderwood Village is sectioned into four neighborhoods. Kibart was responsible for the design of each neighborhood and its central Community Building, totaling approximately 2,000 units and 1,524,771 square feet. Offering independent living for seniors with a variety of lifestyles, every neighborhood houses 500 apartments ranging from studio to three bedroom units.

The central point of each neighborhood is the Community Building, which provides various activities for the residents, including a formal dining room, café, convenience store, bank, post office, hair salon, library, catering area, exercise room, computer lab, on site medical staff, etc.
