Ann's Choice Erickson Retirement Community is a 110 acre, planned adult community in Warminster Township, PA, North of Philadelphia. The project included site development, master plan documents, mechanical and electrical design and construction administration service for a large-scale retirement campus institution consisting of more than 2,160,000 SF. The project included:
