These projects include complete mechanical and electrical design for new 4 level, ±75 unit senior housing facilities. Design included HVAC, plumbing, lighting, automatic temperature control, door entry system, emergency response system in each apartment, sprinkler system, parking lot lighting and elevators. Design included a laundry facility, library, multi-purpose room, computer room, along with lounges on each floor.

The apartments are approximately 540 sq. ft. and include a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, bath, a pass-through between the kitchen and dining area, wiring for cable television and telephone, tenant controlled lobby entry system and individually controlled and metered utilities.

These facilities are designed and built to meet all HUD and Fair Housing Act Standards, i.e.: four (4) units designed for mobility disabled tenants, and two designed for the hearing impaired.
