Mechanical/Electrical Engineers and Commissioning Agent, Baltimore, MD

Kibart was responsible for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design and commissioning of Building 2, a 260,000 SF LEED Certified High Rise Bio-Tech Research and Development Facility. This high rise building is designed for a LEED Silver Rating and exceeds ASHRAE 90.1-1999 by 41.9%.

This project won the ACEC 2008 Outstanding Project in Building/Technology Systems Award.
