Kibart has been offering commissioning services to our clients for more than ten years, and we are one of a few Maryland based firms who are both fully certified by the Building Commissioning Association and LEED accredited.

Kibart recognized that technology advances and the popularity of LEED, that there would be the need for highly skilled, certified, and experienced commissioning agents. Having both designed and commissioned numerous projects, we stand at the forefront of this important, exciting, and expanding new industry.

At Kibart, we provide a full range of commissioning services from our full time staff without the need for an outside workforce, which we believe best serves our clients.
