Bulle Rock Country Club

Kibart provided mechanical, plumbing, and electrical engineering and fire protection systems for the new 2-story 37,000 SF Bulle Rock clubhouse. The clubhouse design included:

Mechanical Design

The mechanical design included a roof mounted packaged natatorium conditioning unit with pool water heat recovery and three packaged VAV units providing zoned temperature control to the remaining building spaces. The kitchen was provided with a grease exhaust and make-up air system in addition to plumbing and gas utility connections.

The roof mounted equipment was designed to be completely hidden by the building's roof structure and the zoned air distribution system was designed to be concealed within the decorative ceiling systems.

Electrical Design

Electrical design included site and decorative interior and exterior lighting including landscape lighting, pedestrian walks, pool area and tennis courts. A programmable lighting control system allows the users to automatically control various building areas. Special fibert optic lighting was used to illuminate the roof copulas.
